#1 PANDAN CAKE
从小就爱吃Pandan Cake,但从不知道它是如何制作的?且看阿姐为你示范!
像Zed Zed这个年纪的小朋友,还能帮忙递个碗、打个蛋,过程不需要用利器,特别安全。

Here’s the pandan cake recipe I tried ❤️ I used 1 1/2 bunch of pandan leaves instead of 15 Pandan Chiffon Cake Coconut milk 100mls Water 2 tbsp Egg Yolks 5 Sugar 80g Coconut oil 70mls baking powder 1 tsp cake flour 100g Egg whites 5 vinegar 1⁄2 tsp salt 1⁄2 tsp Step 1 of 8 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp of coconut milk 15 pandan leaves chop into small pieces Blend the pandan leaves with water and coconut milk Sieve the blended pandan leaves to obtain the extract. Set aside. Step 2 of 8 5 egg yolk(s) 20 g sugar Beat egg yolks until the color lightens. Add sugar. Continue beating until mixture is even and creamy.( hand whisk) Step 3 of 8 70 ml coconut oil Remaining coconut milk 1 tsp baking powder 100 g cake flour Add oil, the rest of the coconut milk and pandan leaves extract. Mix well. Add sifted baking powder and cake flour ( hand whisk) – Batter A ready Step 4 of 8 5 egg white(s) 60 g sugar 1⁄2 tsp vinegar To prepare meringue, add sugar to egg whites a little at a time. Beat at high speed until it is foamy. Once it begins to foam, add vinegar. • Electric mixer bowl and whisk must be dry and clean) Step 5 of 8 1⁄2 tsp salt Continue beating the egg whites at medium speed. Add salt too. Beat the egg whites mixture until stiff. Do not overbeat. -Batter B ready Step 6 of 8 Add the Meringue (Batter B) into the (Batter A) in batches. Fold in till batter and meringue are mixed thoroughly. (hand whisk) Step 7 of 8 Slowly pour the batter into a mould (ca. 18-22cm) while tilting the mixing bowl to get rid of air bubbles. Use a rubber spatula or chopstick to quickly run through the batter to pop air bubbles. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour or until golden brown. Once brought out of the oven, place it upside down until it cools to room temperature.

值得一提的是,gluten-free的面包也适合忌口中的你。

1/2 cup olive or butter (113g) 1/3 cup water (79 ml) 1 teaspoon salt (optional ) 2 cups of tapioca flour (240g) 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (65g) 2 eggs Method Step 1 Preheat oven to 190 degrees C Step 2 In a large saucepan, pour olive oil, water, milk and salt on high heat. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat immediately and stir in tapioca flour and garlic until smooth. Set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes. Step 3 Stir in cheese and beaten egg into tapioca mixture until well combined, the mixture will be chunky. Roll into balls and drop onto an ungreased baking sheet. Step 4 Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned , 15-20 minutes.

据知这可是Zed Zed的最爱,但妈妈做出来的他却只肯吃两口。即便如此,还有老公李铭顺的鼎力支持和赞赏,阿姐也不必耿耿于怀啦!

Naan Here’s the recipe 300 g all purpose flour 1.5 tablespoon of instant yeast 2 Tbsp of sugar 1 pinch of salt 2 Tbsp of yogurt 1 tbsp of baking powder 80-100 ml of milk 3 Tbsp of cooking oil Step 1: Add instant yeast, sugar and some warm water in a bowl. Put aside for a few minutes and until bubble forms. Step 2: In a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, yogurt, baking powder and oil. Mix together evenly and then pour the yeast mixture in. Continue to mix. Step 3: Slowly add in the milk and continue to stir until it forms a dough. Step 4: Knead the dough for at least 20 minutes and place a clean cloth on top of the dough. Rest for 1 hour. Step 5: Transfer the dough into a floured surface and divide it into smaller pieces. Each weighing around 80g. ( Can leave it overnight here) Step 6: Roll each piece into a ball and rest for another 10 minutes. Step 7: Dust some flour and gently roll the dough flat. Rest for 30 minutes. Step 9: In a heated pan, add some oil and place the Naan dough. Cook until it is golden brown on both sides and it’s ready to be served! ❤️❤️❤️🤩♨️

CB DAY 22 ⚠️ 学做 #muahchee @aiainbaby excuse me。。戏🈶️点过。。 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😆😆😆😆🤦🏻‍♀️😳🧐 做 #muahchee 比想象中还要容易💖难得儿子也没吵我,原来在造他的 蚂蚁王国🐜🐜就奇怪 ,大热天,叫他进来看 iPad 也不要,真难得,更难得我还可以剪辑好视频也不见儿子喊妈妈妈妈🎊🎉 后来儿子向我要西瓜🍉,说是要喂蚂蚁🐜,我随手从冰箱拿了粒葡萄🍇,眼看快要烂掉的葡萄,刚刚好不浪费😈😈😈 儿子看了看葡萄,问, is there pesticides… 呃。。yes there is 😅… NO!!!!! 儿子喊。。cannot have pesticides …. 🤦🏻‍♀️ okok … 真讲究 傍晚🌆吃饭,我提议要不要给蚂蚁🐜吃点肉, yes !! 儿子开心的说,put on toothpick ok? 这心思。。无微不至啊♥️♥️♥️
