Hey there! Did you remember to get your workout in? 😏 . . Health guidelines recommends 150mins of moderate aerobic exercise OR 75mins of vigorous aerobic per week. . I was calculating my workout minutes in a non school holiday week : 60mins x 3 squash sessions (that's 180mins of vigorous aerobics) plus approox 15mins x 3 strengthening sessions (45mins of moderate aerobics). Approx 200mins of vigorous aerobics in total 🤪 . . But that's because I really enjoy my squash (which makes up the bulk of my vigorous aerobics exercise) so I recommend that you FIND SOMETHING YOU ENJOY! It makes working out something you will look forward to instead of dread.
