呢段抗疫期間大家都留喺屋企,黐住張梳化睇新聞打機煲劇睇戲,坐到PatPat都扁晒!岀唔到街就喺屋企做exercise運動下拉下根,否則真係悶到生菇!🍄😛🤪 Donkey kicks + fire hydrant with leg extension 呢個動作主要鍛煉臀部同大腿外側,不僅可以改善大腿線條仲可以翹臀! 四肢朝地雙膝與臀同寬, 腳向上踢起成90度角, 接著用核心與大腿的力量將大腿往身體左側伸直抬起, 然後重複動作. 兩個動作為一次, 大家可以嘗試做10-12 x 3 Sets 🦵🏽🤟🏽💪🏼 加油!~~~~ . . Go to youtube and if you're a beginner, search "beginner HIIT workout"; if you're looking for a core workout, search "core workout "; if you're looking for a 12min workout because that's all the time you want to exercise today, then yes you guessed it – search "12min workout " 😊 . . I always advocate HIIT workouts because they alternate between exercises that get your heartrate up and exercises that are for strength. Heartrate up = cardio. Strength training = stronger body and bones.
